MDCG 2022-12: Harmonization of administrative practices and alternative technical solutions prior to full functionality of Eudamed under Regulation (EU) 2017/746

The MDCG (Medical Device Coordination Group) has just published the MDCG 2022-12. This guidance is intended to enable Member States and other stakeholders to meet their obligations under Regulation (EU) 2017/746 in the absence of full functionality of Eudamed. This document, therefore, describes harmonized administrative practices and alternative technical solutions to be adopted.
