Appointment of expert panels by the European Commission

The European Commission has just appointed expert panels in the field of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices according to the implementing decision (EU) 2019/1396 of September 10, 2019.

These experts are divided into 12 panels according to their field of competence.

Article 106 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 “Provision of scientific, technical and clinical opinions and advice”, describes the framework and planned interventions of these expert panels.
